Add pages to a portal
This page explains how to add pages to a portal. The page types available depend on the portal type. For an overview of page types and which portal types support them, see Understanding portal pages and navigation.

Add a page

Open the portal.

Select the cog icon in the top-right of the portal view.

Select Portal Settings.

In the top navigation, select Navigation. The Manage Navigation panel opens on the right-hand side of the view.

Select + Add Page Item to open the page creation modal. The page types available depend on your portal type.
The following sections describe the configuration for each page type.
Assets page
Assets pages display assets from a specified lens. To add an assets page:

Select Assets from the Listing Type menu.

Select Next.

In the Name field, enter a name for the page.

In the URL field, enter a URL for the page.

Select Next.

Select a lens from the list of available options. Lenses are listed by their assigned domain and are defined in LUMA.

To include assets from subdomains and parent domains, leave the relevant checkboxes selected. Deselect either checkbox to restrict the page to the selected domain only.

Select Save & Apply.
Templates page
Templates pages display templates from a specified lens. To add a templates page:

Select Templates from the Listing Type menu.

Select Next.

In the Name field, enter a name for the page.

In the URL field, enter a URL for the page.

Select Next.

Select a lens from the list of available options. Lenses are listed by their assigned domain and are defined in LUMA.

To include assets from subdomains and parent domains, leave the relevant checkboxes selected. Deselect either checkbox to restrict the page to the selected domain only.

Select Save & Apply.
User adaptations page
User adaptations pages display adaptations created from templates by the current user. To add a user adaptations page:

Select User Adaptations from the Listing Type menu.

Select Next.

In the Name field, enter a name for the page.

In the URL field, enter a URL for the page.

Select Save & Apply.
CMS page
CMS pages display free-form content built with grids and widgets. For an overview of how CMS pages work, see Understanding CMS pages, grids, and widgets. To add a CMS page:

Select CMS from the page type list.

Select Next.

In the Name field, enter a name for the page.

In the URL field, enter a URL for the page.

Select a presentation style for nested sub-pages: Horizontal (Dropdown) or Vertical (Sidebar).
his setting controls how sub-pages are displayed if you add them later. CMS pages support nesting up to four levels deep. See Manage portal navigation for details. To create locale-specific versions of a CMS page, see Localise a CMS page. -
Leave Enable This Page selected to publish the page immediately, or deselect it to save the page without making it visible to users.

Select Save & Apply.
Projects page
Projects pages display projects filtered by type and state. To add a projects page:

Select Projects from the page type list.

Select Next.

Select a project type from the Project Type dropdown.

To include subtypes, leave Include Subtypes selected.

In the Project States menu, select the project states to display.

Select Save & Apply.
Analytics page
Analytics pages display a QLIK report embedded in the portal. To add an analytics page:

Select Analytics from the page type list.

Select Next.

In the Name field, enter a name for the page.

In the URL field, enter a URL for the page.

Select Next.
-
Enter the analytics page URL.
-
Select Save & Apply.
